That's him yes, he's admiral Fujitora (purple tiger). The former 3 admirals were Kizaru (yellow monkey), Akainu (red dog) and Aokiji (blue heron). And the current 3 admirals are Kizaru, Fujitora and Rokugyo (green bull). Their names are color coded, and the characters always dress according with those colors.
